Steven Tanenbaum is a native New Yorker, who has resided in Connecticut since the 1970’s. He considers himself a colorist and refers to his works as Impressions in Acrylic.
Steve has exhibited in many shows and galleries in Litchfield and Fairfield Counties in Connecticut and in Westchester County, New York as well as being part of private collections worldwide.
Steve is an active member of Gallery 25 in New Milford, Connecticut and has memberships in the Richter Association for the Arts and the Kent and Washington Art Associations. In 2017, he was nominated as an Elected Artist by the Kent Art Association and was presented the Ridgewood Art Institute Award of Excellence for his acrylic, “Indian Summer”.
Steve views his art as a way to bring glory to God and to inspire those viewing his art to recognize God’s glory in their lives.
