My passion lies in capturing the colors of nature when they are most vivid: a simple mist rolling off a lake in the early hours of morning, the drama of galloping horses, the fluid grace of the wings of an eagle, and the many moods and desires of the sea.

When you paint in oils magic can happen when the lights set off the darks and vice-versa.

It's important to just paint and not worry about mistakes. Don't correct, just push forward and move on to the next subject. Worry can disappoint a new artist. Have fun with what you like to draw and paint. Experiment with color combinations. Keep good notes and you'll build a nice collection of quality works.
