Liz Rosiello

Art has always been a part of my life. I grew up in an artistic household, both of my parents were professional working artist. My Dad was a Scientific Illustrator for the Museum of Natural History in NYC and my Mom was a watercolorist and Greeting Card designer. Most families have family rooms—we had a Studio. Most families played sports on weekends—we went to art shows! Creating art was the normal way of being in our house and I gain so much knowledge, skills, and passion to keep creating all my life.

My formal training was from School of Visual Arts way back in the 80's where I completed both my Bachelor of Fine Arts and Art Education degrees. After many years of raising a family, running a few different businesses including teaching art, I am finally creating my Art—the Art I have always meant to create full time!

Artistic Statement:
"My goal in creating my Artwork is to capture the intrinsic beauty of mother nature. I am inspired by her colors, textures, shapes, and nuances.� I want the viewer of my artwork to feel a sense of peaceful calm; as when we view the setting sun in a pretty sky or noticing that gorgeous flower growing in a garden.".
