What fascinates people about art forgery? Art forgery involves incredible talent, treachery and detection, forensic science and a measure of mysticism. In his new release, The Art of Forgery, Charney reveals the motivations and psychological profiles of the artists and criminals who have faked great works of art, and in doing so, conned the public and art establishment alike. For this special Gallery 25 presentation, Charney will share with us some of the intriguing facts that led him to publish this recent book.

Following his presentation, copies of his book The Art of Forgery will be available for purchase and a portion of each sale will benefit Gallery 25. He will also be available to sign purchased copies.
