Join Gallery 25 artist Maureen Henriques on Small Business Saturday, November 30th between 11:30 am - 2:00 pm, for a unique demonstration of casting Sterling Silver in Sand.

Casting metal in sand has been around for centuries and, while the tools and products for casting have improved, the techniques for this process really haven�t changed. Using a torch, and some wonderfully unique pieces and using found objects, Maureen will be casting silver using sand as the mold material. The resulting pieces are one-of-a kind beautifully textured jewelry pieces and components.
